In 1994, Organizational Quality Associates (OQA) was established as an education and consulting organization to improve the quality, productivity, and effectiveness of organizations and individuals.

Collectively, with more than 800 years of diverse experience in leading public, private, and non-profit organizations our experiences provide the depth necessary to provide real-world solutions for your organization. Follow Up Coaching: Finally, we are dedicated to supporting the training we provide with follow-up on coaching to help participants—in particular, leaders, managers and supervisors—implement what they have learned in their daily work environment.
